This is the sixth land transaction for the company in Fort Bend County alone over the last year
Rockspring Properties, the brokerage arm of Rockspring, a multi-disciplined real estate firm targeting markets within the Texas Triangle (Austin, San Antonio and Houston), today announced that it sold a 150-acre tract of land off of Brumbelow Road in Needville, Texas, about 40 miles southwest of Houston.

This is the sixth land tract Rockspring Properties has sold in Fort Bend County over the past year with acreage sizes ranging from 38 to 157 acres, totaling 576 acres.

The Brokers have a deep knowledge of all the greater Houston area and have represented landowners in many different sub-markets. Because of its consistent track record in the greater Houston MSA dating back to 1973, alongside its deep knowledge of the market, Rockspring Properties has sold over $1.5 billion in land transactions.
