Vice President Barret Espe of Rockspring’s brokerage team assisted the restaurant in finding and securing a lease at this prime location.
The building is located at 14900 Avery Ranch Blvd and will be the third Austin location (fifth overall) of this southwestern restaurant chain. The landlord was represented by SRS Real Estate Partners.
