Win Scott

Win Scott joined Rockspring in 2020 and was the 2nd hire in the Austin office. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of Rockspring assets and assists in building Rockspring's third-party brokerage portfolio in Central Texas. Prior to joining Rockspring, Win held a brokerage position at RESOLUT RE (Formerly Retail Solutions) and assisted Transwestern's development team in site locating for prospective developments.

Win has extensive knowledge of the Austin Metropolitan area and a sixth-generation Austinite, his passion for the Real Estate scene is carried through to his clients as he oversees all deal processes through closing.

Win graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Major in Geography and Minor in Business from the McCombs School of Business and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas. Away from the office, Win enjoys church, cooking, and fly fishing.
