HOUSTON, Texas – Rockspring, a multi-disciplined real estate firm targeting markets within the Texas Triangle (Austin, San Antonio and Houston), today announced that it sold a 4.93-acre property located off of Long Point Road, between Antoine Drive and Jacquelyn Drive, in the highly-sought after Spring Branch area in Northwest Houston. Rockspring owned the tract and Rockspring Properties, the brokerage arm of the company, made the sale on behalf of the firm.

The transaction was overseen by Vice President James Kadlick, alongside Vice Presidents Harrison Kane, Chris Hutcheson, and Matt Herring. The property itself is prepared for future development and is surrounded by numerous single-family and townhome developments, as well as proximity to Treasure Forest Elementary School, Housman Elementary School and Freed Park.
