Randon joined Rockspring in July of 2024 as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development. His primary responsibilities include the supervision of the entitlement, engineering and construction of Rockspring development projects.

Randon, who is a licensed Professional Engineer, brings over 20 years of land development, engineering and construction experience to the Rockspring team. During his career, Randon has been a lead design engineer on commercial, residential and industrial projects and has provided consulting services to developers on numerous infill and redevelopment projects throughout Texas.

Most recently Randon led the construction division of a prominent Texas based company specializing in the development of residential subdivisions. As head of construction, he supervised the completion and sale of more than 3,500 finished single family lots per year in central Texas to national homebuilders.

He is a graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Upon moving to Texas, he pursued a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Structures and Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Randon maintains  an active role in his community and is a proud father of four.

Randon’s expertise and vast experience in the development, engineering and construction fields bring  a unique talent to the Rockspring development team. With an intricate understanding of development, a broad knowledge of the technical aspects of the engineering, and a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, he is able to provide a superior level of efficiency to Rockspring’s development projects.
