As an Associate Broker at Rockspring Capital, Marcelo Rodriguez brings over 15 years of experience in all aspects of the investment process, including strategic planning, acquisitions, development, and project financing.

Prior to joining Rockspring Capital, Marcelo made significant contributions in Latin America, including over $300M in office and industrial development in Colombia. He began his portfolio and asset management career at Hines Interests’ Core Fund/REIT in Houston, TX. Marcelo holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
