As a Brokerage Associate, Jared Edelman is responsible for the underwriting and negotiations of in-house and third-party transactions. Previously, Jared held diverse roles at The Morgan Group, Inc. (Capital Markets), Judwin Properties (Asset Management), BHW Capital (Development), and Radom Capital (Development). In his current capacity at Rockspring, Jared balances his efforts between in-house acquisitions and third-party transactions in the land, industrial, and self-storage markets. Jared’s hands-on experience complemented by a foundation in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University position him as an astute professional, eager to help clients navigate the rich and complex markets of the Texas Triangle.
