As a native Houstonian with 13 years of real estate industry experience, Eric Stewart brings a strategic, results-driven approach to real estate transactions. Over the course of his career, he has excelled in navigating market shifts, handling complex deals, and positioning properties to gain velocity and provide his clients with the type of value expected from leaders in the industry.

Eric has been active in the local real estate investment community since 2013 as both an investor and an agent, helping to further the visions of individuals and funds in various Texas markets.

Outside of real estate, Eric is a father and stepfather of five high school and college age children, and spends his free time sponsoring youth soccer and traveling to the Hill Country for music and wine tastings. He plays several instruments and still composes music on occasion.

Eric has been married for sixteen years to his wonderful wife, Nicole, and resides on the NW side of Houston. Nicole and Eric are active in the community and regularly volunteer for a variety of causes, helping the local community where they can.
