Role

As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Agent at Rockspring, you are responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing third-party brokerage deals as well as identifying off-market undervalued opportunities for the Development division of Rockspring. This role requires deep market insight, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to collaboration. You are expected to leverage your established network and uphold Rockspring’s standard of excellence and professionalism.

 

Responsibilities

  • Source and secure third-party brokerage opportunities
  • Leverage an established book of business to generate consistent deal flow
  • Use GIS systems and CRM for site evaluation, lead generation, and deal tracking
  • Maintain a professional presence in client-facing and internal interactions
  • Collaborate with brokers and internal team members on strategy and execution

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate and closed $15M +
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Participate in weekly meetings and daily stand-ups with management and team
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital productivity tools

 

Expectations

  • Maintain a minimum of $10 million in active listings for sale annually
  • Serve as a regional market expert, consistently identifying top opportunities
  • Accurately track meetings, opportunities, and contacts in our CRM system
  • Engage with buyers, sellers, and developers on a regular basis
  • Contribute to Rockspring’s growth by consistently delivering high-performance results

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number and total value of listings under contract
  • Number of weekly meetings with prospective clients
  • Accuracy and consistency in CRM data entry and reporting

 

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation structure: based on experience level
