As a Capital Markets Associate, Dawson Noble plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s capital-raising efforts for strategic acquisitions, including opportunistic real estate, land parcels, and residential lots in high-growth areas. He brings a unique blend of institutional and UHNW connectivity, having previously worked in the wealth management space. Working closely with the firm’s Managing Director of Capital Markets, Dawson contributes to the seamless execution of Rockspring’s investment strategies, resulting in outstanding returns for shareholders.

Dawson is also deeply committed to giving back to the community, dedicating his free time to various causes. He remains particularly involved with the University of Arkansas and his fraternity, Phi Gamma Delta. It was at the University of Arkansas where Dawson laid the foundation for his capital markets expertise, studying financial strategy and market dynamics.
