Currently serving as a Brokerage Associate at Rockspring Capital in Houston, Texas, Keller specializes in third-party brokerage services, focusing on buyer representation, seller representation, and identifying opportunities for private equity investors. With a keen eye for investment strategies and market insights, Keller delivers superior outcomes for his clients.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Keller has completed certificates in The McCombs School of Business Foundations Program and the Energy Management Program. Additionally, he holds a Texas Real Estate License Certification from The Texas Real Estate Commission.

Before joining Rockspring, Keller honed his skills at WhiteBox Real Estate and Oxford Partners. As an Associate, he successfully sourced industrial real estate tenant/user clients on the east side of Houston near the Houston Port. His specialization includes industrial lease negotiation and buyer representation.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Keller is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors as an Original Member of the Jack Savage Foundation and is dedicated to supporting The University of Texas MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital. Keller also enjoys being active in the Houston Baseball Association’s South Texas Shoebills. He remains connected to his alma mater through his involvement in the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity.
