David joined Rockspring Capital in 2015 as Regional Director of its Central Texas activities. He has the direct responsibility of overseeing Rockspring’s San Antonio and Austin offices. David’s extensive career provides 42 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. During his career he has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of major corporate assets; exclusive representation of industrial and retail tenants; investment analysis; and development of both commercial land and buildings. This experience represents the brokerage and/or development of more than 26.5 million square feet of industrial, retail and commercial buildings totaling over $1.1 billion of asset value.

He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Geography. David is also a veteran of the United States Army.

David’s extensive background makes him uniquely qualified to provide a wide variety of services including detailed site selection analysis, site and facility acquisition, lease and contract negotiation, investment analysis and all aspects of property development.
